Every year, lakhs of devotees contribute to the various Trusts and Schemes of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) as an act of seva to Lord Sri Venkateswara Swamy. What many donors don't fully realise is that TTD extends a structured set of privileges and Bahumanams to donors, and these benefits scale with the amount contributed.

Whether you are planning to donate ₹1,000 or ₹1 Crore, this guide explains exactly what you are entitled to — from special Darshan through Supatham, complimentary accommodation, and arjitha sevas like Suprabhata Seva, to yearly Bahumanams such as laddus, mahaprasadam, and duppatta, and prestigious one-time Bahumanams like gold dollars and silver coins.

All privileges described here are as reflected in the official TTD e-Donation portal (tirupatibalaji.ap.gov.in). Donors should always confirm current terms at the time of donation, as TTD revises schemes periodically.

Understanding the Two Categories of Donor Benefits

TTD donor benefits are organised into two broad heads:

Privileges (Yearly) — recurring facilities the donor can avail each year, typically valid for the life of the donation as per scheme rules. These cover three core areas:

  • Seva — participation in arjitha sevas such as Suprabhata Seva
  • Darshan — special entry darshan through Supatham and Beginning Break Darshan
  • Accommodation — complimentary stay at TTD cottages for a set number of days

Bahumanams — honorary gifts and prasadam given to the donor. These are further split into:

  • Yearly Bahumanams — laddus, mahaprasadam, duppatta and blouse piece, and (at higher tiers) a Veda Ashirvachanam
  • One-Time Bahumanams — silver coins and gold dollars given once, at qualifying donation levels

Most darshan and accommodation privileges are extended for 5 persons (the donor plus family members), which makes them especially valuable for families visiting Tirumala together.
